Since each item is custom-printed just for you, our refund and return policy reflects the print-on-demand nature of our products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase so please read our policy below to ensure satisfaction. 

Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they've been sent to production

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Damaged or defective items

  • Wrong items received

  • Significant quality issues

Please see the Return Process below before making any returns. 

Returns are NOT accepted for:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after receipt

  • Incorrect sizes ordered (please check our size charts carefully before ordering)

  • Minor variations in color or print placement

  • Change of mind purchases

Quality Standards

Minor variations are normal in print-on-demand products:

  • Print placement may vary up to 1-2 inches

  • Colors may appear slightly different from your screen

  • Product measurements may vary by up to 0.5 inches These variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for returns.

Quality Commitment

We strive to provide high-quality products and will work with you to resolve any legitimate quality issues. However, please note that:

  • Each item is made to order

  • Minor variations are normal

  • Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed

Return Process

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Contact us at hello@aspiritualwarrior.com within 14 days of receiving your order

  2. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue

  3. Describe the problem in detail

  4. Wait patiently for our response (within 1-2 business days)

Shipping for Returns

  • For confirmed defects or errors, we will provide a return shipping label

  • Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted

  • Customer provides return shipping

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days

  • Original shipping costs are only refunded for defective items

  • Return shipping costs are covered only for defective items

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

To avoid returns:

  • Check our detailed size charts before ordering

  • Measure carefully using our measurement guides

Production Time

  • Standard production takes 2-7 business days

  • Shipping time is additional

  • Rush orders are not available

  • Production time is not eligible for refunds
