What is your return policy?
We only offer refunds for damaged or mislabeled products. Except for customers in Brazil, we do not refund orders due to buyer's remorse.

What's the timeframe for submitting claims for damaged or misprinted items?
You must submit claims within 30 days of receiving the product to hello@aspiritualwarrior.com. This includes any misprinted, damaged, or defective items.
How long do I have to report a lost package?
Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
What happens if a package is returned due to a wrong address?
If a courier considers the provided address insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You'll be responsible for the reshipment costs once you provide an updated address. Please ensure you enter the correct shipping address at checkout.
What happens to unclaimed packages?
Unclaimed shipments are returned to our facility and will be donated to charity after 30 days. If you want the package reshipped, you'll be responsible for the reshipment costs.
How do I confirm if my package is lost?
Please confirm that your shipping address is correct. Find your tracking link in your email and check if there have been any tracking updates. If there are updates, please wait 24-72 hours for additional updates as your package may be stuck at a delivery point. If your package still has not arrived, please contact us at hello@aspiritualwarrior.com no later than 30 days from the estimated date of delivery.
For incorrect addresses, you'll need to pay new shipping costs once the package returns, or place a new order if it doesn't return.
Why is my package marked as delivered, yet I haven’t received it?
